Key Responsibilities:

• Operate specialized machinery and tools following established procedures and work instructions to assemble catheter components with precision.

• Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and job orders to ensure accurate assembly.

• Adhere strictly to all quality standards, GMP, and regulatory requirements, maintaining compliance at every step.

• Handle small, delicate parts within a clean room environment, ensuring cleanliness and organization throughout the process.

• Follow all safety protocols and PPE guidelines to maintain a safe, secure workspace.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• At least 1 year of assembly experience, preferably in medical device manufacturing or related fields.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Ability to multitask efficiently while working carefully with small, fragile parts.

• Excellent communication skills in English (reading, writing, speaking).

• Reliable transportation and a commitment to consistent attendance.

• A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and flexibility to work across various departmental areas.

Shift Details:

• Third Shift: Monday–Friday, 10:00 PM – 6:20 AM

• Training Shift: 2nd Shift, 3:00 PM – 11:20 PM (for the initial two weeks)

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
